Land Pride's AFM42 Series All-Flex Mower provides excellent cut quality and performance on lush turf grasses on expansive and well manicured areas such as fairways, parks, lawns, and sports fields. The AFM42 series offers independent deck flotation and zero turning radius due to the sleek frame design. The contour following capability, highly productive cutting widths, and rear discharge design of the floating cutting decks will greatly reduce wide-area cutting times and still deliver finely groomed surfaces at mowing speeds up to 10 km/h.

Features

Rear discharge

Rear discharge with integrated deflectors to evenly spread cut grass for a high quality finish. Discharged foreign objects are aimed downward for improved safety. No rear chains are needed, which tend to clump damp grass.

Mower deck & blades

Heavy duty 3/16" (4.8mm) thick deck with 5/16" (7.9mm) front edge and fully welded seams for exceptional strength. Medium lift blades are supplied as standard with optional low lift, high lift and mulching blades available to suit different operating conditions. High blade tip speeds of 81.4 m/sec on AFM4211 allows exceptional cut quality.

Gearbox

A 5 year limited gearbox warranty applies.

Counter blade rotation on left deck

Spreads grass clippings more evenly. Wing decks throw grass away from the rear deck. Rear deck doesn’t get covered up nor does it get bogged down by cut grass. This results in an even and consistent finish.

Low horsepower requirement

The AFM42 series can operate on tractors with as low as 30hp. The transmission is a highly efficient design with low power consumption meaning low fuel use and economical operating costs.

Non-caster rear wing deck wheels

Non-caster rear side deck wheels mean improved manoeuvrability and better control on hills or undulating ground.

Spring loaded idlers on deck belts

Spring loaded idlers apply constant deck belt tension and reduce maintenance.
